FLORIDA STATE MUSIC TEACHERS ASSOC

Florida State Music Teachers Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting music teachers and students throughout Florida. Based in Davie, Florida, we provide professional resources and opportunities for nearly 800 music educators. As an affiliate of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), we foster excellence in music education through conferences, workshops, student competitions, and a rigorous teacher certification program. Our mission is to advance music in Florida by recognizing individual achievement and promoting the study and appreciation of music. We offer a comprehensive program designed to elevate the standards of music teaching and provide valuable support to our members.
