Flourish with Joy is a Washington State-based spiritual direction practice, offering personalized support to individuals seeking deeper connection and growth. We provide professional spiritual accompaniment rooted in Ignatian spirituality, utilizing sacred storytelling, contemplative prayer, and mindfulness meditation. Our approach helps clients navigate life’s challenges and cultivate a flourishing inner life. We guide individuals through discernment and spiritual exercises, fostering a journey of self-discovery and healing. Spiritual Direction and Ignatian Spirituality are at the heart of our ministry.

As a trained spiritual companion, I offer a collaborative journey, employing various spiritual ‘tools’ including reflective listening, wonder and awe, sacred storytelling, contemplative prayer, mindfulness meditation, healing rituals, and discernment. This is the beauty of the spiritual life: it keeps unfolding. The path ends only when we stop walking.

We offer both traditional retreats and a 19th Annotation retreat, a nine-month in-depth prayer experience connected to the liturgical seasons, providing a structured path for deepening your relationship with God. We also offer support in making the Spiritual Exercises.
