Food Bank of North Alabama

The Food Bank of North Alabama is a vital resource in Huntsville, Alabama, dedicated to combating hunger through immediate food distribution and long-term solutions. We work tirelessly to provide food assistance to individuals and families in need across 11 counties, partnering with over 250 food pantries, shelters, and children’s programs. Beyond immediate relief, we champion local food initiatives, fostering entrepreneurship and promoting healthy food access throughout the region. By addressing the root causes of hunger alongside providing essential support, the Food Bank of North Alabama is committed to creating a hunger-free community. With a dedicated team of 38 staff and a network of over 358 volunteers, we strive to ensure no one in North Alabama goes hungry. Our work is supported by generous donors and community partners, allowing us to continue our mission of feeding the hungry today and building a more sustainable future.
