Unsere Mission: die Lebensmittelbranche mit Künstlicher Intelligenz effizienter und nachhaltiger gestalten. In Deutschland werden jedes Jahr 11 Mio. Tonnen Lebensmittel weggeworfen. Das ist 36 mal so viel wie die gesamte Masse des Kölner Doms. Unsere selbstentwickelte Künstliche Intelligenz ermittelt präzise Absatzprognosen für Bäckereien, die Gastronomie und den LEH, sodass diese genau wissen, welche Menge an Lebensmitteln sie bestellen bzw. produzieren müssen. So entsteht weniger Food Waste. Gleichzeitig werden die Prozesse automatisiert und optimiert. Das spart Zeit und entlastet das Personal.

Our mission: making the food industry more efficient and sustainable with artificial intelligence. In Germany, 11 million tons of food are thrown away every year. That's 36 times the entire mass of the Cathedral in Cologne. Our proprietary AI determines precise demand forecasts for bakeries, gastronomy and retail, so that they know exactly how much food they need to order or produce. This results in less food waste. At the same time, processes are automated and optimized, which saves time and reduces the workload on staff.
