We started Fortune Investments Group with a goal of building a business model which helps us build and protect wealth together with our investors for decades to come. We want a repeatable, scalable, and sustainable business model which will stand to the test of time and market gyrations with reasonably predictable returns. We chose to achieve this goal with Commercial real estate, Multifamily Investing to be exact, as this Asset Classes provides favorable returns on a risk-adjusted basis when compared to other asset classes including equities.
