We are a non profit organization specialized in recruiting and placement. We are accredited by the Labour Ministry, Regione Lombardia, Regione Lazio and Regione Veneto and authorized by Regione Toscana. We offer to young people the opportunity to enhance their competences through an internship. We offer to companies HR support for interns and permanent resources. We help companies and applicants all the way through the HR – internship and work – process, from the recruitment to the integration inside the company. We partner with public institutions and universities to run common employment policies. Our 20 years'​ experience, allowed us to give birth to a new Shanghai-based office and build a network of institutional partnerships in Italy and China in order to offer concrete opportunities both to our companies and candidates.
