Fresmak is a 51-year-old company, dealing with clamping and work-holding. In the former years, it just manufactured high-pressure vices, but with the years, the product portfolio has been greatly developed and the current offer to the market consists of a wide range of clamping devices, such as BLOCK-SC self-centering blocks and its own zero point system 0-MAK. The company has recently launched two new patented products that provide new and disruptive solutions to this field. On the one hand, Fresmak has created the F-GRIP, a new clamping system based on the adhesive principle. A polymer that has the feature of sticking and unsticking the part controlled by temperature. On the other hand, FRESMAK has designed and manufactured the BLOCK-SC 4.0, a self-centering static chuck for the smart Industry 4.0. A third or fourth shift can be hold on by using this new system which avoids having an operator permanently by the machine.
