The Shared Service Center in Matosinhos (Porto, Portugal) is part of Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS) – a global acting Business Group with more than 3,800 employees and five widely independent operating Business Units: Klüber Lubrication, Chem-Trend, OKS, SurTec and Capol. Established in 2020 the service center offers central finance and HR services for all FCS Business Units. It acts as an interface between FCS, the Business Units, as well as HR and Finance functions. The experts in the center provide a full range of services: from recruiting and HR services to local tax support. Standardization, digitalization and acceleration of processes aim at providing highest quality services with the support of experienced employees.
