Furtado & Associates, Inc. (Furtado) is a privately held land surveying and construction management consulting firm located in Seattle, Washington. Originally founded in 1983 as Lin & Associates, we have grown as a company and a team, and are excited to now be known as Furtado. Our values as a company have not changed, just our name! Furtado has built a reputation as being committed to recognizing the specific needs of our clients in order to provide cost effective, feasible solutions and the highest quality work possible. Furtado has been providing quality engineering services for numerous public and private agencies in the Puget Sound region.
