Future for Work Institute

Future for Work Institute is an independent observatory that helps companies stay current and focus their human resources strategies. To do this, we track the environment for signals of the future of work and organizations, identify trends, and analyze technological and methodological innovations emerging in the market. Our clients are companies interested in what is happening around them, who seek to keep up-to-date with the changes occurring in the world of work in order to make decisions and design well-informed people management strategies in a complex, constantly changing environment. At Future for Work Institute, we help them consider the challenges they face in this field from new perspectives. From our institute, we also want to contribute to building a better future of work than some of the signals we detect in the environment suggest. Hence the "for" in our name.
