Future South

Future South is a Hampshire-based organization dedicated to fostering responsible economic prosperity and a low-carbon economy in the South of England. As the nation’s leading environmental technologies cluster, recognized with EU accreditation, we partner with universities, local authorities, and major corporations like IBM and Southern Water to drive innovation and growth. We support over 800 low-carbon businesses and organizations, creating high-skilled jobs – averaging £30,000 per annum – and facilitating access to funding through our Community Bank for SMEs and sustainable projects.

Our initiatives include establishing a clean energy company, supporting 100 cleantech SMEs for export, and developing a Greentech Enterprise Park, all while creating 200 apprentices for the Greentech Cluster. We are a collaborative force, leveraging a 10-year track record of success and £300 million in private and public investment to build a thriving, sustainable future for the region.
