Bodega Madrid Romero is a family project sited in El Carche Valley, Protected Natural Area in Jumilla DOP, at the south east of Spain. Our parcel wines are made following a clear philosophy: Maximum care from the vineyard to the final customer. We pay special attention to all viticulture and winemaking processes. The selection of the grape both in the vineyard and in the sorting table of the winery and delastages during the fermentation of our wines, are not only habitual practices, but also fundamental ones.
