GeriatRx is a Durham, North Carolina-based telehealth pharmacist-led consulting company dedicated to improving senior health outcomes through deprescribing and medication therapy management. We specialize in helping overwhelmed caregivers and families safely reduce their loved ones’ reliance on unnecessary medications, utilizing genetic testing and a holistic, evidence-based approach.

GeriatRx addresses a critical need in the healthcare system – the overmedication of seniors, which contributes to confusion, falls, and significant healthcare costs. Our team, led by Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist Dr. DeLon Canterbury, provides personalized medication action plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and racial demographics.

We boldly believe that every patient, especially our senior citizens, should have a pharmacist assess and conduct Medication Therapy Management to ensure that therapies are appropriate, safe, and effective.
