Gladstone Investment Corporation (“GAIN”) invests in lower middle-market business services, consumer, and industrial companies. We facilitate buyouts and recapitalizations that provide liquidity to sellers and, if desired, we allow for continued ownership through rollover investment and incentive equity pools. Total investment size between $25-75M Total investments are comprised of both debt and equity, which ensures both speed and certainty of closing (no financing contingencies) and fully aligned interests post-close as we are the primary investor.
