GMB PRESSE has been working in the rubber moulding field since 1996 and is highly specialized in the overhaul and manufacturing of presses and moulding machines both for the Italian and for the foreign markets, Europe, Russia. The machines we manufacture, according to the customer’s design, are used both for rubber and for silicone moulding. Thanks to a careful analysis of the production process carried out together with our customers, we are able to improve and modify the initial project during the reconstruction phase. Our machines ensure a considerable energy saving, being extremely appreciated by our customers, thanks to the use of inverters assembled on the motor pump. Our presses have an EEC self-issued certificate and are guaranteed by a professional technical assistance. The operator can access the machine only after having identified himself through his Identification Badge. This way, the production process is controlled in its overall, giving the possibility to intervene in case of failures or wastes. By means of remote software assistance our technicians can even intervene in remote supplying assistance to your personnel.
