Go-boating Finanzmakler

We are a Hamburg-based finance broker specialising in the financing of motorboats and sailing yachts. We have been on the market since 2006. In 2016 we changed our name from GY&LF GmbH to go boating Finanzierungsmakler GmbH. Our owner - a subsidiary of the Société Générale banking group - is called CGL and is based in Marcq-en-Barœul in water sports-crazy France. CGL can look back on over 40 years of experience in boat financing and is now represented throughout Europe with the brands CGI Finance and SGB Finance. In total, CGL has over 100,000 boats and yachts under finance. Around 5,000 new ones are added every year. The go boating team is generally focussed on Germany and the Netherlands, but is also responsible for Northern Europe. For international customers, we can co-operate with our colleagues in the agencies in France, Italy, Spain and the UK. Our strength is also our proximity to dealers and shipyards, with some of whom we have long-standing partnerships. We are also internationally positioned in terms of language and contracts.
