Grace Medical Home

Grace Medical Home is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive medical care to underserved residents of Central Florida, operating as a medical home since 2010.

We are dedicated to reflecting the character and compassion of Christ by offering the highest level of health care to those in our community who need it most. Our mission extends beyond traditional primary care, encompassing spiritual and emotional well-being for all our patients.

Grace Medical Home serves individuals from birth to age 65 with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. We operate a medical clinic in Orlando, Florida, and are committed to addressing the growing healthcare gap in our region.

As a faith-based organization, we strive to provide holistic care rooted in Christian values, partnering with local organizations and volunteers to maximize our impact and reach. We are proud to be a trusted resource for vulnerable populations seeking quality healthcare and compassionate support.
