The megayacht marina with the largest capacity in Andalucía with berths of up to 250 meters in length. An exclusive marina in the south of Spain, ‘Gran Marina del Estrecho’ will be one of the most modern marinas in the Mediterranean Sea and an exceptional base for superyachts of any length. With an investment of 50 million euros, the construction of Gran Marina del Estrecho will begin in the coming days, and it is expected to be up and running by 2023. The new Marina will have 80 berths of between 30 and 100 metres in length and 2 berths for cruise ships, distributed in two different basins. An esplanade with singular buildings for nautical and commercial services will be supplied, with more than 11,100 sqm built. It will have everything necessary for owners, captains and crews. The Yachting Club building and the shopping area adjacent is the heart of the marina, a space dedicated to the crew and offices for companies involved in the maritime world, top quality restaurants, SPA & Beauty, lounge bar with spectacular views over the marina, among other services. It will also have exclusive spaces for crew members so that they can enjoy all the comforts of home and they can rest, relax or meet friends. In addition, in ‘Gran Marina del Estrecho’ you will enjoy an attractive and modern commercial area with landscape and open spaces, and you’ll find a selection of fashion boutiques and accessories from leading brands and national and internationally renowned commercial firms. The Multipurpose Commercial Building will have more than 7,600 sqm of built surface distributed over two floors. The ground floor with more than 4,000 sqm will have a large area of nautical and maritime equipment, leaving the rest for food, accessories, personal equipment and complementary services to the commercial and port area. On the first floor, a large hostelry area with 12 premises, 1,700 sqm of surface plus another 1,700 sqm of terraces with excellent views of the Bay.
