We are at the frontline provision of community home care services investing in our valued employees through training, development initiatives and associated wards in the sector. Great Prospects Care Ltd continue to grow within the sector and we can only achieve growth with the right skilled workforce. Adult Services offered include: morning routines when clients get up such as personal care helping the clients with tasks around the home cooking meals going shopping taking clients to appointments taking the client to day care centres or church taking clients to bus rides/journeys assisting with medication encouraging interests and hobbies or just providing them with a company We are committed to provide services across Kent communities.
