Greece and Grapes

Founded in 2012, Greece and Grapes, was envisioned by a group of people with love for the Greek wine and its producers, who have made significant progress in winemaking during the last years. We believe that Greek wines and spirits meet the requirements and are able to play a major role in the international wine and spirits lovers society and leave their mark as top quality products. Even with the majority of vineyards being relatively small in size, the producers have been able to utilize the local and international grape varieties, the ideal climate and the modern winemaking techniques, so as to produce top quality products. Assyrtiko from Santorini, Agiorgitiko form Nemea, Xinomavro from Naoussa, Moschofilero from Mantineia and other less widely known varieties from other areas, are already recognized in the international wine society. We hope that our efforts will help in creating Greek wine loving communities around the globe.
