Our mission is to reduce and remove any barriers for under-represented groups in order to grow diverse and inclusive careers. We are on a mission to double the mentoring capacity of fast-growing organisations by equipping people leaders with the critical mentoring skills they need to bring out the best in their people and boost their results. We conduct mentorship for C-suite, for the leadership teams, leadership trainings, EDI mentorship, organisational consulting, procurement and supply chain consulting, give keynote speeches and workshops to many groups from students, women's network. 🔑 Choose Courage over Comfort for personal growth, to have transformative careers, to stand up for inclusive and equitable workplaces. 🔑 DEI should NOT be part of HR. Clear segregation of duties between HR and DEI should take place in the companies that want to drive authentic changes. 🔑DEI needs to be a stand-alone function that creates healthy challenge between HR and the Executive board. 🔑 Educate yourself on inclusive MINDSET and start with ‘the man in the mirror’. Don’t blame the toxic environment, don’t blame the toxic manager, take charge and make a change. 🔑 Raise your VOICE when you witness or experience any bullying or discriminatory behaviours. Don’t stay quite. 🔑 ACTION your brand - keep a record, report, confront, give feedback and choose your battles when/if it impacts your mental health. 🔑 Mentorship needs to start early on in the career, even from schools or universities.
