The Felsineo Group has been operating in the food market since 1963 and is specialized in the production of mortadella and plant-based deli slices. Based in Zola Predosa (Bologna), its name derives from Felsina, as Bologna was called in the Etruscan era and so reinforcing its bond with the city.
