Overview

Imagine what you can achieve by working better together. The science is clear. So why is it so difficult? Because traditional organisations aren’t built for collaboration. They’re designed in silos and incentivise teams and divisions (sic!) to compete with each other. We’ve set out to change this and we do this through collaborative design. We connect the front office with the workshop, white collars with blue ones, the juniors with the seniors, sales with marketing, strategy with execution, culture with brand. Collaborative design solves problems and in the process increases the the team’s problem solving capability. It’s also fun and incredibly rewarding. (Just think of what it would feel like winning the World Cup, as well as extraordinary talent, it takes a special bond to achieve that). Teams come out invigorated, excited and with a newfound focus. Individuals get promoted, forming new alliances and business performance and efficiency improve. In order to achieve success, we put in place robust measurement at the beginning at the end of the project. Some stats from our work:
 - Grew sales 350% in three months
 - Achieved £200m pounds uplift in revenue - Increased marketing content production by 200% We utilise collaborative design for large transformational projects and smaller shorter interventions. - You can test it in a pilot (a WFH policy in two weeks, created by all staff anyone?) - a programme (a cx blueprint in 10 weeks?) or - a partnership (change your business from analog to digital in 12 months). We can help you apply collaborative design to solve challenges in strategy, culture and brand (usually all three!). The question is: Are you ready to take that step?
