Hanham Health is an innovative and inclusive GP Partnership based in South Gloucestershire, providing NHS primary healthcare services to circa 28,000 patients across three community surgeries at Hanham, Oldland Common and Almondsbury. Additionally, Hanham Health is a leading provider in primary health services within secure environments, currently providing services within a youth secure unit and a medium/low secure hospital in Bristol and previously worked in five adult prisons in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. It is also contracted to provide primary healthcare services for military personnel stationed at the MOD site in Abbey Wood, Filton.
