Happiness Works Portugal

The Happiness Works project has been running since 2011 and aims to check the level of happiness of professionals in Portugal. It is based on a research project carried out by Portuguese and Spanish universities, coordinated by Guilhermina Vaz Monteiro and Georg Dutschke. We promote the study and we have as Partners: Revista Forbes Portugal, APG, Rebelo de Sousa Legal, ACEGE, IIRH and Happy Brands. The Happiness Works model is applied to organizations through a questionnaire that measures the Organizational Happiness. With the answers obtained it is possible to know the level of organizational happiness, relationship with productivity, benchmarking with the sector of activity and total Portugal. Organizations that participate are sent a link to access the questionnaire. With the responses received, the organizational happiness index and relative position in the national ranking are calculated. The organization receives, at no cost, the level of organizational happiness and the Happy Organization seal (if applicable). In addition to assessing the level of Organizational Happiness, it is possible: • Segment the organization (departments, function. …); • Evaluate concepts such as Engagement, Work/Family Reconciliation, Enjoying life. • Identify moments/experiences that contribute to a Happy Employee Journey. • Carry out benchmarking with total Portugal, Activity Sector, Happier Organizations; To participate, you only need to formalize your interest by email, informing the number of collaborators and who will be responsible for the project in the organization.
