Harper, Rains, Knight and Company, P.A. is a service-oriented certified public accounting firm dedicated to providing its clients with quality accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services while meeting the accounting profession’s highest technical and quality control standards. Our firm was established in 1994 through the merger of two local CPA firms that had been in existence for over 30 years. Harper, Rains, Knight & Company’s home office is located in Ridgeland, Mississippi with an additional office in Washington, DC.
