HealCo is a Jersey City, New Jersey-based healthcare technology company specializing in direct-to-care infrastructure for employers.

We help self-funded employers gain oversight and control over specialty healthcare costs, specifically addressing the escalating issue of rising costs within imaging, procedures, and surgical referrals.

HealCo’s unique approach centers around a governance layer that proactively routes members to the most appropriate care pathways, preventing costly escalation before claims are even filed. We operate a reference health plan model and are currently expanding our work in Northwest Arkansas, collaborating with local stakeholders to better understand regional specialty cost patterns.

Our core offerings, including Tier 1 Core DPC Entry point, Tier 2 Specialty Bundles, and Tier 3 Risk Pool Options, are designed to improve cost predictability and empower employers to maintain their existing provider relationships.
