Health Optimization Travel is a non-profit organization dedicated to using healthy food as medicine and curating transformative wellness experiences at sea. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we host annual January cruises focused on promoting longevity and optimal health through a plant-based diet, expert-led presentations, and engaging activities. Our cruises, such as the 2027 Health Optimization Cruise, offer a unique opportunity for approximately 60 wellness-minded travelers to learn from lifestyle medicine professionals and connect with a supportive community. We provide a luxurious, all-you-can-eat, fully raw or cooked, plant-based dining experience reminiscent of Michelin-starred restaurants, combined with educational sessions on topics like women's health, gut health, and anti-aging. We strive to improve society for future generations by fostering a culture of health and wellness, empowering attendees to sustain their new habits both on and off the ship.
