Heart to Heart Leadership

The Center for Immersive Leadership is a nonprofit initiative of United Way of Summit & Medina, dedicated to cultivating passionate and purposeful leaders in Akron, Ohio, and beyond. We empower individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive by providing educational experiences and development opportunities focused on values-based leadership and fostering inclusive communities. Our approach, ‘look within, lead beyond,’ emphasizes self-discovery and a commitment to diverse perspectives. With a strong track record of impactful programs like the Purposeful Leadership Program and the Inside the Heart of Leadership course, we equip leaders with the tools and insights needed to drive positive change. We currently serve a diverse range of clients, including Akron Children’s Hospital and SGS Precision Tools, and are committed to expanding our reach and impact through strategic partnerships and innovative learning experiences.
