The Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies is the institutional body that represents insurance companies operating in Greece. We are a recognized professional association with a 115-year history. Our 45 members represent more than 95% of the premiums generated in the Greek market. As the main voice of the insurance sector, we promote our position and submit proposals to the State, the European Union institutions, and International Insurance Organizations. Our main goals are to: · Highlight the value of insurance, raising further insurance awareness among the Greek society. · Modernize the sector by keeping up with current developments and trends. · Maximize our contribution to society and the economy through the value which our sector generates.
