Hey Honey

This single pollen the honey is grown with our partners Tai Shan Farm on the big island of Hawaii. The bees are surrounded by dragon fruit flower which is their primary food source. The honey ends up tasting very fruity, much like warm Pinot Grigio. Limited supply.

Our clover and Wildflower raw honey has a creamy consistency. This is because we slow Churn it and aerate it. It ends up tasting similar to meadowfoam honey. You will pick up notes of Apple vanilla and marshmallow.

The perfect pairing for grilled shrimp or grilled chicken. Also works really well with angel food or any recipe involving strawberries.

Are chili pepper honey takes just over one year to make. It was a long steep combination of several peppers in are Michigan grown Clover and Wildflower honey. While not overpowering and provides a nice heat and kick to any chicken recipe.
