We have been operating now since 2001 and have successfully established our company from listening to the requirements of the Estate Agents, Landlords and the expectations of Tenants to ensure all parties comprehend and understand our inventory reports. As landlords ourselves, we, the directors of the company, have devised a style of report which we feel categorically summarises the condition of a property at the time of the check in and check out visits. We have had first hand experience of the difficulties that can arise when reports are not accurate and it is this understanding that has led to our growing success. We now work with 25 trained inventory clerks, so we will always have someone available for you. Our in house booking system helps to keep you up to date with all the bookings you make. We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm at weekends and can work outside of these hours.
