Hiring Hub is an online marketplace. It connects companies to a trusted network of specialist recruitment agencies. Employers use Hiring Hub to widen their candidate search so they can fill technical jobs quickly, without the hassle normally associated with finding and working with multiple recruitment agencies. Recruitment agencies join Hiring Hub’s network to develop new relationships with motivated employers, grow their fee income, and collect reviews to build their reputation online. We built Hiring Hub because we felt the big, corporate recruitment PLCs delivered a slow, rigid, expensive and commoditised service. We believe independent, specialist recruitment agencies care more and deliver a better service so we sought to unite them, and make it easy for employers to find and work with them. Fundamentally, through Hiring Hub, we aim to use tech to facilitate better relationships between employers and recruitment agencies. We created an online marketplace because it's a meritocracy. Hiring Hub is proven to help employers fill jobs 3x faster, typically in just 20 days. For transparency, recruitment agency terms and fees are fixed upfront. We partner with companies like Bupa, On the Beach, Deliveroo, BASF and SkyBet, as well as 1000s of SMEs, support our vision and use Hiring Hub to find good recruiters, and hire great candidates.
