Kate advises top 50 law firms and award winning regtech and legal service providers on market strategy, law firm insights and regulatory compliance. Kate also co-founded Compliance for Law Firms, a weekly discussion forum attended by some of the top law firms in the UK. HiveRisk.co.uk works with law firms in relation to due diligence and regulatory aspects relating to law firm PII, merger & acquisition, crypto strategy, changing legal entity applications and new law firm start ups. This includes liaising with the regulator on the firm's behalf and project management. We provide law firms with advice & support in areas such as AML, data protection, regulatory codes of conduct, PII renewals and complaints handling and works with both SRA and CLC regulated firms.
