Holte Home and Community Care is a NDIS Registered provider dedicated to providing the best home care for our clients. We understand the importance for our clients to continue to live as independently as possible. Our mission statement is ‘better care, on your terms’. This illustrates our desire to meet our clients where they are in their unique situation. Our clients are the centre to everything that we do. Our care plans are tailor made and personalised to each individuals, unique needs and circumstances. Holte have been operational since 2019. During this time, we have been assisting our clients with their daily living requirements. We come from a clinical background and have experience with a variety of clients and disabilities.
