This can be tailored to suit any landlords needs whether they want to manage all maintenance themselves, attend routine home checks or just do the inventory themselves, we will ensure each package is tailored to suit each individual landlord and is at an agreed, fair and fixed cost. And that's not all! We also offer support and coaching packages to investors looking to potentially become landlords or those looking to grow their portfolios, with no obligation to come under management, and as always, at a fair, fixed cost.
