As a founding director of Honest Architects (previously Access Architects) I have always taken responsibility for a significant proportion of projects together with the business management. I have successfully delivered projects in many sectors including offices, housing, education, community, listed buildings as well as substantial numbers of private residential projects We live in an exciting time of change where the public awareness and concern about the damage caused by climate change is now being matched by the availability of technological solutions that have become affordable. My goal is to ensure that clients are adequately informed to understand and access these solutions and make the right decisions for the future You may find the language of our industry alien and the necessary statutory and contract processes daunting. However, with over 20 years experience of delivering successful projects I enjoy co-ordinating, communicating and project managing all aspects of developments from early viability study though planning application, building regulations application, liaison with specialist consultants, appointing appropriate contractors to implement the onsite construction phase We work closely with Honest Apartments and Honest Properties utilising our experience within the commercial and residential sectors, to spearhead property investment projects.
