Honeygirl Meadery is an award-winning urban meadery located in downtown Durham, North Carolina. We specialize in crafting small-batch seasonal meads using locally sourced honey and fruits, flowers, and herbs.

Honeygirl Meadery celebrates the natural world and the vital role of honeybees, creating unique and flavorful meads that reflect the terroir of North Carolina. Our process begins with carefully selecting the finest honey from local apiaries and incorporating seasonal ingredients – from vibrant wildflowers to fragrant herbs – into our fermentations.

Founded in 2014 by Diane Currier and now carried on by Robby Battle, Honeygirl Meadery is a woman-founded, LGBTQ+-owned small business dedicated to providing exceptional mead experiences. We offer a range of tasting flights and handcrafted meads, alongside a welcoming event venue in the American Tobacco Campus.
