Our spirits, like the North Yorkshire Gin, inspired by the rugged moors and East Yorkshire Gin, reflecting the coastline, are meticulously crafted using locally sourced botanicals – from heather and bilberry to sea kelp and honey. Located within the ancient city walls of York, Hooting Owl offers distillery tours and gin tastings in our Distillery Lounge Bar, providing a unique experience for enthusiasts and visitors alike.
