Hotel McCoy is not your ordinary art hotel and not just a place to w-o-r-k, it is a place to be yourself, celebrate individuality, and allow employees to play to their strengths and take on challenges relevant to their career goals, We have a forward-thinking and positive company culture with checks, balances, and a belief that a company is only as strong as the people on its team. Our mission is to provide travel for all and we do so resting on three pillars of preservation. Pillar One: Adaptive Reuse - Hotel McCoy will never build new, instead preserving standing buildings, old and new, and breathing into them new life. Pillar Two: Community Culture - Hotel McCoy will preserve the diverse culture of the community we stand in by hiring locals who love where they live, working with local purveyors, and showcasing local art with our commission free art program. Pillar Three: Hospitality - Hotel McCoy will preserve the classic art of hospitality by hiring intentionally, caring personally about guests, providing impeccably clean rooms, outstanding and authentic guest service, and allowing humanity to reign above policy.
