HL are one of the largest architectural and interior design practices in the North East with a reputation to deliver creative and functional buildings, within budget, in the region and nationally.
With bases in Durham and London HL are a collection of talented Architects, Building Surveyors, Interior Designers, Building Technologists and Admin staff who work collaboratively to develop new buildings and refurbishments over a number of sectors. We have vast knowledge and experience of design, development and management within the following sectors: Education, Medical, Hospitality, Industrial, Residential, Bespoke Homes and Commercial offices.
Architectural and Interior designs can be developed with Revit and BIM or CAD which can be developed into 3D visualisations for clients to understand the spatial layouts as well as proposed materials and detail. We can also assist with planning applications, design & access statements, survey and design project management to completion on site.
HL is an award winning practice with additional knowledge and experience of working within Heritage buildings, integrating sustainability and co-ordinating CDM.
