HPOG is a global, independent industry forum dedicated to Human Performance guidance and best practice resources, based in Aberdeen, UK. We provide a collaborative platform for the oil and gas industry to develop and share knowledge, tools, and techniques to improve performance and safety. Our mission is to establish a membership-funded resource that distills key learnings and delivers them back into the industry. We achieve this through dedicated working groups and a Global Steering Committee, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement. HPOG is a non-profit initiative supported by member contributions and strategic partnerships.

HPOG operates as a collaborative, global resource, offering a library of resources, including papers from IOGP and the Energy Institute, and a Human Performance Pathway for the energy sector. We provide accessible guidance and tools to help organizations build human performance capability. Our workgroups develop specific issues to their conclusion, delivering valuable deliverables to the industry.

HPOG is managed by Silverdot Limited, ensuring robust business administration, financial management, and strategic oversight. Membership fees and potential revenue from services and events support the initiative's ongoing development and operation. We offer various membership tiers, including Ordinary and Associate options, to accommodate organizations of all sizes.
