(hug)london — brand + marketing agency for brands that matter

BRAND AND MARKETING AGENCY BUILDING BRANDS THAT MATTER. With over 80 businesses started every hour, yours needs to stand out. (hug) was founded to give passionate and ambitious businesses owners a competitive advantage in today’s crowded market. We help visionary entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into meaningful brands. We guide growing businesses through a rethink of their identity and we support large organisations in launching new products/services into new markets. Business focused design. This is how we differentiate. Typically, a brand development agency will showcase a portfolio and tell you that they specialise in the ‘creation of identity and visual language across all points of communication’. Beautiful… but businesses are primarily focused on return on investment (ROI) — and rightly so. It’s expected that designs look great (we’re designers right?) but how does this help a business reach their business goals and long-term vision? We focus on function, then form. We are ROI driven. Once we understand where you’re going, we can craft creative solutions to overcome the obstacles in your way. Practical solutions. That also look great (naturally). Designed differently. Thriving businesses understand that getting noticed doesn’t always depend on how great your product or service is. It depends on clarity and communication. We dig deep into the DNA of your business, define who you are and tell the story the world needs to hear. From business naming to social media marketing, we know how to launch, market and grow successful brands. We work across a variety of industries and have helped large organisations rethink their entire brand identity, as well as enabled local start-ups to hit the ground running. We understand launching and leading a brand isn’t easy. We are your strategic brand partners from the beginning — insight paired with tactical implementation. Brains and beauty. Challenge us!
