HuntersWorld is a New Jersey-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for teenagers to explore their emotions and build self-worth.

We address the critical need for accessible mental health support for young people, particularly in the Jersey City area. Our program connects teens with trained mentors who offer a judgment-free space for open communication and personal growth.

What distinguishes HuntersWorld is our teen-led model, driven by the passion and experience of young people who understand the challenges faced by their peers. We are committed to fostering resilience, promoting emotional well-being, and honoring the legacy of our founder, Hunter, by creating a lasting impact on the lives of teens in our community.

Currently, we are focusing on a new scholarship program to support youth pursuing careers in mental health professions, ensuring that we continue to evolve and meet the evolving needs of the teens we serve. We are excited to continue our tradition of the HunterFest 5k & Festival on April 27th, which will fund this important initiative. It’s an opportunity to pivot our program in a sustainable way, while keeping our teens looking forward to this date when we get to meet again.
