In the companies that we worked for we were hands on leaders of products, processes, facilities and teams. We led and were part of amazing multidisciplinary teams, that were able to solve and bring to new heights the challenges presented. We bring the capacity to go beyond the theoretical knowledge, given our industrial experience, with the day-to-day living of constant challenges and feeling the responsibility "weight in the shoulders"​. We are experienced on process improvement, from the operational to the technical and scientific aspects, on problem solving, on industrial process design, where we can help you understand what is the best technology, operations setup, plant layout and complementary services that you will need to run your new process. We also provide the capacity to support you on transferring products between installations. Also, we will help you train your people in the shop floor on how to best perform the unit operations, and on how to best understand and improve those unit operations.
