Overview
IBEX (Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange) was established in January 2014 and holds a license issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for organizing a Power Exchange for electricity in Bulgaria. As a market operator for Bulgaria, IBEX works to develop liquid Day-ahead, Intraday and bilateral contracts power markets, based on transparent, fair, objective and non-discriminatory principles.
