I’m Jeanette, and I’m your coach. An expert in the field of transformational change, I’ve always been a challenger and a leader. Starting out with just three O levels, in my career I’ve founded a hairdressing business, held several directorships, earned a psychology degree and now run a successful coaching consultancy – holding International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials. Alongside my own rich experience, my work is underpinned by psychological theory and models, as well as therapy and mental health insights. Drawing on these influences, I encourage others to grow their self-awareness and enact change in their lives. Tapping into your curiosity, strengths and perspectives, you’ll see what is, what lies ahead and what stands in the way – then push beyond it. All it takes to make change for yourself is confidence in your choices and the courage to put one foot in front of the other. Along the way, I’ll walk in-step as your guide and sounding board – so whether you’re at the top of your game or on the way there, you’ll achieve the change you need for greater success.
