Impact Activities is a leading management and development company dedicated to enhancing municipal tennis and pickleball facilities across Texas and California. Founded in 2011, we specialize in delivering comprehensive services, including facility operations, professional coaching, innovative programming, and community-focused events, making racquet sports accessible to all. With a strong foundation built on expertise and a commitment to community engagement, Impact Activities has grown to manage over 25 facilities, including prominent locations like McKinney Tennis Center, McLeland Tennis Center, and Fretz Tennis Center. Our team, led by Matt Hanlin, a former practice partner to Serena and Venus Williams, brings decades of experience in managing and elevating tennis facilities, consistently earning national accolades such as the 2012 USTA Outstanding Facility Award and the 2013 USTA Organization of the Year Award.
