Innovation Park-Tallahassee is a dynamic research and development hub located in Tallahassee, Florida, dedicated to fostering North Florida’s high-tech economy. Established by the Leon County Research and Development Authority, we bridge the gap between leading universities – including Florida A&M University and Florida State University – and industry partners, driving innovation and economic growth. With a strong foundation built on collaborative partnerships and a significant research investment – nearly half a billion dollars annually – Innovation Park provides a unique ecosystem for startups, established companies, and government agencies.

We support a diverse community of over 17 buildings and 13 Centers of Excellence, including the world’s largest magnet laboratory and a leading oil-free compressor manufacturer, creating a vibrant environment for technological advancement and high-wage job creation. Innovation Park is a key driver of economic development for the State of Florida and beyond.
