Innovative NeuroTechnologies, Inc is an Irvine, California-based biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative therapies for neurodegenerative diseases.

We focus on Tau protein dysregulation, a key driver of conditions like Alzheimer’s disease (AD), Frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and other tauopathies. Our mission is to prevent, delay, or mitigate the cognitive decline associated with these devastating disorders through the development of disease-modifying biotherapeutics.

By leveraging our Dual Intracellular and Extracellular Expression (dIEE) Technology, we’re pioneering a novel approach to target Tau at both the intracellular and extracellular levels, offering a potentially more effective strategy than previous treatments. We are committed to accelerating the development of these therapies and ultimately improving the lives of patients and families affected by tauopathies.

Innovative NeuroTechnologies, Inc. was recently awarded a Phase I SBIR grant from the National Institute of Health (NIH)/National Institute of Aging (NIA) and is nominated for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2015 Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Awards.
